Ingredients:
Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli-Pepper, Black pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Garlic, Ginger Powder, Kashmiri Mirch Powder, Salt, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Mace, Black Cardamom & Anish Star
STEPS OF COOKING
1. To cook 500 gms. of meat.
2. Grind to fine paste 2 onions.
3.Mix with 1 tsp NDH Ginger/Garlic powder.
4.Add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd.
5.Marinate cleaned and cut mutton pieces with mixture.
6. Keep for 2 hrs. Heat 4 tbsp oil, fry till crisp 2 sliced onions.
7. Add marinated mutton, 3 tsp NDH Meat Masala.
8.Stir for 5 mins & Add 2 cups water.
9.Pressure cook for 10 mins in low flame .
